The Challenge
Nucliq is an E-commerce website that was dealing only with products like iPad, mobile, computers, laptops, etc. When we first came in contact, they wanted to expand their categories and cater to all consumer electronics. The task seemed an easy one, given DMABS team had already handled more complex projects than this. For an experienced and professional team like ours, this was a cakewalk. However, there was a demand for an integrated web API mobile dashboard. Also, there was a challenge to enable easy search of items, order selection, and delivery payment. Plus, the app and website were in a different programming language.
Resolution
Our Team made the website in Lightspeed eCom. DMABS created a common dashboard for web and app. Now, the admin will manage only one dashboard but the changes will be reflected in both the app and website. This saved time and ease of adding products and windows for additional items. Nucliq loved the work that we did in industry benchmark time. Developers in our team were fast to react to the challenge. They charted a well-defined plan and the execution was exemplifying. The integration also helped Nucliq to speed up their work process by reducing the time taken to update their E-com platform.
Result
The result was plain and simple – SUCCESS. Users can now check the status of their order without any lags or hassles. They can analyze whether their request has been processed, still pending, or out for delivery. The notifications are being sent to the users related to the payments, order confirmation, trending products, and discounts. The client keeps sending us Thank You emails. But we always maintain our statement that we just did our job. The profits and customer base of Nucliq have grown and they have never been happier.
